Title: Pemphigoïde gestationis compliqué d’une mort fœtale in-utéro A propos d’un cas.

Abstract

La pemphigoïde gestationis, également connue sous le nom d'herpès gestationis, est une maladie bulleuse auto-immune rare qui se développe pendant la grossesse et après l'accouchement. Elle est diagnostiquée cliniquement et histologiquement, et présente un pronostic principalement lié au fœtus avec un risque important de morbidité et de mortalité. L'observation décrit le cas d'une patiente de 39 ans, enceinte de son sixième enfant, qui a développé des démangeaisons généralisées et des lésions cutanées caractéristiques de la pemphigoïde gestationis à 35 semaines de grossesse. Le diagnostic a été confirmé par une biopsie cutanée montrant un décollement de la jonction dermo-hypodermique. La patiente a reçu un traitement à base de corticoïdes locaux et d'administration de prednisone, tout en bénéficiant d'une surveillance fœtale étroite. Malheureusement, à 37 semaines de grossesse, un examen échographique a révélé un décès fœtal intra-utérin récent, entraînant l'accouchement d'un bébé sans vie. la pemphigoïde gestationis est une maladie bulleuse auto-immune rare qui se manifeste pendant la grossesse et le post-partum. Son diagnostic repose sur des critères cliniques et histologiques, et le traitement principal consiste en l'utilisation de corticoïdes locaux puissants. Une surveillance fœtale étroite est également essentielle pour évaluer les risques pour le fœtus.
