Right to Equality

The topic of my research is ‘Right to Equality’.
Right to Equality is itself a vast topic mentioned
from Article 14-!8 and but in this research I would
be dealing specifically on Article 141
. There are in
total seven fundamental rights given to the
individual namely Right to Equality, Right to
Freedom, Right against Exploitation and hence
forth. Right to Equality has been considered as
Basic Structure of the constitution and an essential
feature of democracy or rule of law in case of
Indira Gandhi v Raj Narain2
by Supreme Court
and also regarded as the most important of all
fundamental rights.
